From around the age of 25, the first signs of ageing start to become apparent on the surface of the skin. Over the years, as we smile, frown and squint, our skin becomes creased and wrinkles become established, leading to crows feet, frown lines, and forehead lines. As we age, the wrinkles deepen, particularly when compounded by sun damage. At Time Won't Tell Aesthetics, we offer non-surgical treatments designed to treat facial ageing by use of wrinkle relaxing injections, using botulinum toxin type A, such as Botox or Bocouture, which blocks the neuro-muscular junction. The muscle movement is reduced, and the creasing or wrinkles relax, leaving you with smoother, more youthful looking skin.

Time Won't Tell Aesthetics also offers treatments using dermal fillers. Dermal fillers exist in many forms. The most commonly used facial fillers provide temporary results, which are broken down by the body and require repeated applications over time. The treatment is less invasive than surgical procedures, and is usually reversible. The fillers are made up of non-animal synthetic hyaluronic acid, which is a substance found in the skin. Hyaluronic acid attracts and binds with water, helping to give skin it's plump, youthful appearance. Dermal fillers can restore and revolumise skin and facial contours to form a more youthful appearance. They can smooth lines and wrinkles, firm key facial structures, and define the shape of certain structures such as the lips, the cheeks and static lines.
